Hey there, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re hiring an Account Manager to work on our Talent Assist product. This is a part-time, flexible position that is fully remote.

As an Account Manager you'll be the main interface between Tallio and our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to ensure content is delivered via the Talent Assist app. We'll lean on you to help develop new processes to streamline how we support our customers to ensure they're having success on the platform. You'll also be responsible for reviewing survey responses and analyzing the results to provide valuable insights back to our customers about their organizations so they can thrive.
We are a small team with big ambitions. Tallio is a technology innovation company focusing on building tools to help healthcare employees do their best work. Our first product (the one you'll be working on) is Talent Assist, a mobile application designed to improve the culture, morale, and spread positivity across healthcare teams.
Our team is fully remote, and you can work while living anywhere in the world. We have team members in the US, UK, Canada, and Indonesia.
